Man oh man. Google masse holds large applications, and their latest one is really cool. Google Maps "Street View" shows a virtual street-level tour that is associated in their use Google Maps.
The Eyes Have It
With this new application, there is now a Google eyeball scanning your state, city and surrounding area. Depending on your location, there are up to four different views in Google Maps.
Amazon/A9 's had a similarOr offering "Street View" on their A9 maps. Now, Google has brought back again.
I wonder whether it is a Google-trucks zipping around our neighborhood, in the near future. Well, if it ever a good reason to be listed, your business in Google Local - there you have it.

~ Realtors could link to Google street view to local amenities and attractions to encourage interested parties to come to display their country and the city

~ The list goes on and on
Someone even started a blog called streetviewr.com. People post fun things that they found in Google Street View.
Depending on your location, there are up to four different views in Google Maps. Click the appropriate view in the upper right corner of the map:
1) Street View - Visual Tour, Road and gothrough.
2) Traffic - This is identical to the map (see below), but also shows traffic conditions if they are displayed in the environment available today. Red indicates heavy traffic, yellow indicates slow traffic, green indicates normal speed, and gray indicates that no traffic information is currently available.
3) Map - This shows a map with a traditional depiction of roads, parks, borders, water and much more.
4)Satellite - This shows aerial imagery.
5) Hybrid - This shows aerial imagery and traffic information.
Featured Google street level views contained in the beta:

Google also allows you personalized, annotated, custom maps with Google Maps.
Once you create a map, you can:

Google Mapplets PreviewLife
Google also has another card announcement that it has released a preview of Mapplets.
Mapplets is placed in the ground like a Google Gadget on the map. You can choose from the list, the content that you like to add on your card, from gas prices in your city stats at the national weather service.
The Mapplets are mini-webpages that are served within an IFrame within the Google map. Everything is in a normal web page can go to in that IFrame, which means it supportsHTML, JavaScript and Flash. By which you have chosen, you can use the gadgets that show you like to select Show on the current map, and several devices at once. You can see trends or heat-cards with this new feature.
In essence, Google Maps mashups bring to you, which is great for developers, especially those who have created an entire business model from its Google Maps mashup. It is another way for Google, an ecosystem for other companies to make available.
No questionabout it. Google has added a new spin to give directions.
There is no question in my mind that will see Google and Yahoo Maps Map Quest red.
