Rhode Iceland Family Jurisdiction:
If the restraining order against your husband or wife or ex-husband or ex-wife or any one family member by blood or marriage should then be submitted at Rhode Iceland Family Court. What is the difference between order an injunction and no contact?
A No Contact Order as a result of a criminal will be issued free of charge. A contact to avoid problems during a trial, either the police or in court. Violation of a no contact order is a crime in itself and may constitute a violation ofProbation or a file. A no contact order expires when the case is over (dismissal or not guilty is to be found) and at the end of probation, filing or suspended sentence. An injunction remains in effect until the date designated on the preliminary injunction.
If it does not protect a contact to me, I would also get a preliminary injunction?
A no contact order expires when a case is closed, is not a person found guilty or ends after each set. The No Contact Orderends when a probation officer or filing or suspended sentence passed. If you think you need protection in case of no contact order expires, and then in fear of the person you can order consider a preliminary injunction, in addition to the no contact. If there are any questions that want to visit the children and then perhaps a preliminary injunction seeking an order in addition to any contact.
